SyncNuke-authored content uses PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. This policy does not relicense
third-party dependencies or components, which retain their respective licenses.

The theme is consumed as a Ruby gem, not vendored into this repository. Its layouts,
includes, styles, scripts, and other generated third-party material remain under their
original licenses. The unchanged MIT notice is provided in `licenses/just-the-docs-MIT.txt`
and is included in the generated site. Upstream notices embedded in generated theme assets
are retained. Any future copies or vendored portions must retain their applicable notices.

Other dependencies and bundled third-party components retain the licenses and notices
provided by their upstream distributions; consult those distributions for their terms.

## Simple Icons

The Windows 11 and Android SVG paths in `_includes/os_icons.html` come from Simple Icons,
with their original geometry retained. Presentation and accessibility attributes are adapted
for this website. These third-party paths remain under CC0 1.0, not the repository's
PolyForm license. The license text is in `licenses/simple-icons-CC0.txt`.
